It is a Bob Dylan song made to a hit by Manfred Mann as “Mighty Quinn”; it catches like a forest fire. So does the Wandern, Wandern thingy; haven’t heard the K. 157 before.
Oh – I remember The Mighty Quinn from my childhood. It *is* infuriatingly earwormy. And since I have now recalled it from memory with frightening ease, I really don’t think it would be wise to actually listen to it again…
Of course, you know I had to look up K.157 right away (no, I don’t know ALL the k. numbers…yet)
(sorry about Quinn!)

It was specifically the second movement of K 157, which seems more earwormy than the rest somehow (I only know the numbers of a few of them!)

Asking with some trepidation (because severely earworm prone) – what is Quinn the Eskimo?

This.
It is very earwormy – consider yourself warned.
